We do all types of demolition from large to small, We tend not to do wrecking ball / explosive demolition and prefer to use deconstruction methods, mechanical & manual demolition, tailored to the specific project, its much kinder to the environment & the surrounding habitat which enables us to re-use materials that can be reclaimed.

We ensure timely demolition by meticulous pre planning of our works, using programmes of work which are timely but achievable to both the client and ourselves. Surveys which are available are utilised to seek out any possible problems before they occur, and RAMS produced specific to each projects requirements ensuring the project goes smoothly.
yes we do offer customised services, we carry out non licensed asbestos but also have a very close working relationship with a licensed asbestos company, which means no asbestos removals will be a problem. We also can provide remediation, refurbishment, soft strip, commercial or private demolition, factory clearances, scrap metal clearance etc, schools, hospitals, partial or full demolition.
As a company we do everything we can to prioritise the re-use of existing materials, with as little as possible ending up in landfill. Our goal is to promote recovery of materials, reduce waste and wherever possible prevent pollution as much as possible.
